The GRMWC Fee Structure is voted on each year at the annual shareholders meeting. We aim to continue offering affordable, high-quality water to Whitley Gardens for our current residents and generations to come. This includes maintaining adequate funds and reserves to ensure the reliable and continued operations of the water company for the foreseeable future.

The Board of Directors has committed to maintaining at least one month of operational expenses in our checking account, six months of operating expenses in savings for emergency repairs, and additional fund savings towards completing maintenance and improvement projects (see Current Projects).

The Board of Directors is also currently seeking potential grant programs to assist in upgrading our current water system reducing costs to stockholders.
