Board of Directors
Board of Directors
A five-member Board of Directors, all of which are elected, manages Green River Mutual Water Company. The combined daily operations are the responsibility of the President. Board Members are shareholders who volunteer their time to manage our water through production and distribution in the safest and most cost-effective manner possible. Like those before us, the Board of Directors are the stewards of company operations entrusted to them by its members and have remained transparent with every action and activity undertaken. We believe that our decisions reflect integrity and fairness to all members served.
Throughout the years, the continuing objectives of every Board have been to provide stockholders with a continuous, safe, and reliable water supply, to produce drinking water that meets all state and federal standards, to address and resolve system failures, and to exercise responsible fiscal management. The current Board is proud to have upheld these principles.
